Facebook wants to give people the power to build communities and bring the world closer together. For those that lead these communities, there were no resources to help, learn and work with other leaders. We were able to build a site that brought many existing resources together and the creation of new tools to assist in new ways. This site had an extensive Strategy and UX phase to understand the needs of these specific users, along with a lot of work to create a design system that would allow the internal team to grow the ecosystem with ease and still look great!

Brightmind App

Brightmind is a meditation app that focuses on education and progress of the user through their meditation journey; custom sessions address the users specific needs of the day. This project had the opportunity to prototype several concepts and do extensive testing before developing the beta app to ensure it was helping users accomplish their goals in the right way. After launch we were award "App of the day" and "New apps we love" from Apple.

Telus had two apps that allow users to manage and monitor their services that were having trouble with consistency and serving the many types of users that use them. We were able to start with looking into the analytics, app reviews, voice of customer data, call center data and user interviews for the apps. This allowed the team to understand the jobs each type of user wanted to accomplish and architect the two apps to best help them achieve these jobs. Further, we were able to create a design system for the app ecosystem and bring in new features that bring users insights into ways to save money and better manage their plan. The outcome was both apps having 4.3 and 4.2-star ratings in their app stores.
